Meet jointly with the Provost and President on a monthly basis to discuss, strategize and monitor enrollment efforts including recruiting, retention, and graduation. Develop and maintain a comprehensive, multi-year enrollment plan for identifying and achieving enrollment and net tuition goals.
Assume responsibility for all aspects of new student recruitment and enrollment, including the strategic awarding of financial aid. Provide quality data analysis to support University decision-making and ensure key strategic enrollment decisions are research-based and data driven. Establish and maintain strong relationships with high school, community college, state, regional, and advocacy groups and organizations.
Represent the University to prospective students and their parents and collaborate with constituencies on- and off-campus to positively contribute to recruitment, enrollment, and retention efforts. The Qualifications The successful candidate will be a seasoned enrollment management professional who has worked in a similar role or is poised to take on such a role as a natural next step in career progression. Superior interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work successfully with students, faculty, administration, and external constituents are of vital importance for this key role.
For appropriately qualified individuals, an academic appointment is possible subject to normal internal vetting processes.
